  • I need to legalize our marriage in two or more countries. How to do it?
    To legalize a marriage in two or more countries, you need to obtain a duplicate of the Marriage Certificate and certify it with an apostille or seals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice, followed by legalization at the consulate of the country of your residence. Translation and legalization of a duplicate of the Marriage Certificate is paid additionally.
  • Do I need a visa to enter Georgia?
    Not needed for residents of most countries. Information on obtaining a visa can be found on the website of the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. https://mfa.gov.ge/
  • How many days does it take to register a marriage in Georgia?
    One day to register a marriage. One day to translate the certificate, affix the apostille/seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, and the seal of the Ministry of Justice.
  • How does the marriage registration process work?
    The first step is to prepare translations of passports and documents into Georgian and have them notarized. You must have two witnesses over 18 years of age. Foreign witnesses also need to have their passports translated into Georgian. The second step is to submit an application for marriage registration to the registration authority. The third step is signing the marriage registration documents and receiving a Marriage Certificate in Georgian. The fourth step is legalization/certification and translation of the Marriage Certificate for your country.
  • In what language is the marriage certificate issued?
    The marriage certificate is issued in Georgian.
  • In what language is the marriage registration ceremony held?
    The ceremony takes place in Georgian. The organizer will be your translator.
  • Is a marriage registered in Georgia valid in my country?
    Marriages registered in Georgia are valid in most countries. To have a marriage recognized in your country, you need to translate the Marriage Certificate into English or another language and legalize it (with an apostille or consular legalization). If the family law of your country of residence is very different from the family law of Georgia, you should consult with your lawyer about the possible legal consequences.
  • Is advance payment required for agency services?
    After concluding a contract for the provision of services, it is necessary to make an advance payment to reserve a date and begin working with your documents, receive advice and assistance on all issues in the amount of 30% of the contract amount.

If you choose service packages without makeup, hairstyle, bouquet, photographer, then you can find them yourself and agree on the provision of services directly with the performer. In this case, we are not responsible for the quality and timeliness of service provision. If you need a personal service that is not included in the main list of services, we will find appropriate specialists for you for an agency fee.
