The solution we offered the client
Dipti and Kumar are citizens of India and Mauritius. The couple’s main wedding celebration had already taken place in India; however, for the official recognition of the marriage in Qatar, they needed to obtain a marriage registration certificate with further legalization through the embassy.
Despite the fact that the main wedding was already behind them, the couple wanted to make this day special, filled with beautiful emotions and the atmosphere of a real celebration. It was important for them not just to process the documents, but to preserve the feeling of the wedding day and share it with the Lotus Wedding team.
To make their vision a reality, we offered a comprehensive concept for the day:
- A scenic location: An outdoor ceremony on the panoramic terrace of the Tbilisi Botanical Garden overlooking the old town.
- Festive atmosphere: An elegant buffet and a beautifully crafted wedding cake.
- Romantic details: Live music accompanying the newlyweds’ first dance.
The idea immediately resonated with the couple, and they gladly entrusted us with the organization of this day.
From early morning, the wedding planner, together with a makeup and hair specialist, arrived at the Swiss Hotel, where the bride’s preparations were taking place. The team helped in preparing the look, coordinated the photographer’s work, and created a comfortable and calm atmosphere for the couple.
After the morning preparations, a photo session was organized in the center of Tbilisi — on Rustaveli Avenue and the cozy streets of the old town. A light rain added a special mood to the shots: the couple took shelter under the roofs of old buildings, and the photos turned out truly lively and cinematic.
By the beginning of the ceremony, the rain had stopped. The bright wedding arch against the backdrop of the gray sky after the rain and the panorama of old Tbilisi looked incredibly striking. The atmosphere turned out to be simultaneously romantic, cozy, and very emotional. The final photos exceeded the expectations not only of the couple but of our entire team.
