An intimate wedding for 15 guests for a Ukrainian couple in a cozy Tbilisi restaurant, with a marriage certificate prepared for use in Poland and Ukraine.
The approach we took for this client
Artem and Viktoriia are citizens of Ukraine. Their wedding took place in Tbilisi at Wedding Palace №1. The format of the event was intimate and thoughtfully planned: For the official ceremony, the couple invited only their closest circle—parents and siblings. After the formal part, a wedding dinner was held for 15 guests, including friends and extended family.
The photoshoot took place on Rustaveli Avenue, in the areas surrounding Wedding Palace №1, and in the city garden. The celebratory dinner followed at “Keto and Kote”—a cozy urban space renowned for its modern Georgian cuisine.
We organized this intimate wedding as a turnkey service.
A host for the dinner was not required—the couple consciously chose a format focused on warm conversation with loved ones. Since guests arrived from various cities, everyone simply wanted to spend quality time together, chatting without a rigid script. The wedding style was elegant classic. The couple asked guests to wear long evening dresses and suits. There was no strict color code; the emphasis was on sophistication and understated style.
The only challenge was logistics. The couple had not planned for individual guest transfers, and many were navigating on their own. At the same time, we needed to coordinate a shared route during rush hour, picking up guests from different parts of the city. Thanks to clever route planning and our driver’s professionalism, we mapped out the journey to minimize delays, starting in the most congested areas and finishing by moving against the main flow of traffic.
