The couple approached us with a desire to organize an intimate wedding surrounded by their closest loved ones. It was important for the newlyweds that the celebration take place in a single location: with an official registration, a beautiful ceremony in nature, a cozy dinner, and comfortable accommodation for all guests. It was also necessary to prepare the marriage certificate for its subsequent use in Qatar.
The solution we offered the client
We suggested hosting the wedding at Lopota Lake Resort & Spa—a picturesque resort in Kakheti, nestled among mountains, vineyards, and a lake. This location was a perfect fit for an intimate format, allowing the wedding day to be combined with a small family vacation.

Details of the concept
The ceremony took place on an open pier with a panoramic view of the lake and the mountain landscapes of Kakheti. Live music created a special atmosphere during the registration, and after the ceremony, the guests enjoyed a stroll around the resort grounds and a photoshoot.
An intimate wedding dinner took place in the evening. Accommodating all guests within the complex allowed the celebration to proceed without haste or long travel times, and the next day, the guests were able to continue their vacation by taking advantage of the resort’s infrastructure.
