Organizing a wedding for 50 people in the Forest festival concept.

Julia and Artem approached us with the task of organizing a wedding in a natural aesthetic, with the atmosphere of a forest celebration. The key was to find a location that would combine beautiful natural scenery with convenient accessibility for the guests.

The solution we offered the client

We suggested the Kiketi Farm venue because it perfectly matched the concept — offering several options for ceremony areas, picturesque nature, and proximity to Tbilisi. This was especially important for the comfort of guests arriving after a flight and a long journey.

The location immediately resonated with the couple, and the spot by the waterfall — one of the most atmospheric spaces of the venue — was chosen for the ceremony.

We took on the full organization of the event:

  • developing and implementing the Forest festival concept
  • selecting and coordinating all vendors
  • organizing an off-site registration with an official registrar from the Public service hall
  • selecting a host who supported the wedding’s style, including their look and presentation
  • organizing the welcome area and a buffet for the guests
  • coordinating the wedding dinner and all the logistics of the day

Complete synchronization of all services was ensured separately so that the ceremony and celebration proceeded without pauses or organizational overlaps.

Concept details

The guests supported the dress code and arrived in themed outfits, which enhanced the atmosphere of a real forest festival. Despite the cloudy weather and light rain, the event not only retained its beauty but became even more cinematic and atmospheric.

After the ceremony by the waterfall, the guests moved to a panoramic restaurant where the dinner and festive part continued.

The outcome

The wedding was cohesive, emotional, and without organizational difficulties — thanks to the precise coordination of all processes and the work of the agency’s team. All registration documents, including international requirements for Spain, were prepared and processed.
