Wonderful couple from Poland

Client request
Official marriage registration with a surname change, including documents prepared for use in Poland.
The approach we took for this client
Ekaterina and Jakob live in Poland. Ekaterina is from Russia, and Jakob is Polish. The couple wanted to officially register their marriage in Georgia and use the certificate back in Poland. Initially, they requested only document assistance, but they later decided to make the day festive and memorable: they moved the registration to the Wedding Palace and added a photoshoot, videography, and professional bridal styling.
The photoshoot began at The Biltmore Hotel, where the couple was staying, and continued through the narrow streets and colorful balconies of Old Tbilisi, by the Bridge of Peace, and against the panoramic backdrop of the city from the Narikala Fortress. The shots taken during the “golden hour” were particularly stunning—the sunset added a warm and romantic glow to the photos.

Ekaterina decided to take her husband’s surname. Our coordinator ensured this was officially noted during the marriage application process.
To ensure that no letters were lost due to transcription nuances when translating the surname—from Polish to Georgian and then from Georgian to English—we employed a professional licensed translator experienced in handling foreign surnames. As a result, the documents were perfect, leaving the couple relaxed and happy.
